Guests under 16 may require parent or guardian consent; guests younger than 12 are not recommended for full lymphatic massage. We tailor treatments based on skin needs; please contact us with age-specific concerns before booking.
The shared session lasts approximately 60 minutes per couple, allowing time for thorough cleansing, exfoliation, toner, moisturizer application, and a restorative lymphatic massage. Please arrive 10 minutes early for check-in and consultation to maximize treatment time.
Yes. Our estheticians assess each guest’s skin and can select or substitute products to address individual concerns like sensitivity, acne, or dryness. Let us know preferences or allergies at booking or arrival so we can customize your treatments safely.
Cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid a 50% fee per booking. Because each guest books separately, cancellation or changes to one reservation do not automatically alter the other; contact reservations to coordinate or reschedule both appointments.
