Each guest must reserve their own appointment at half the package price; bookings are scheduled simultaneously to secure the shared room. Please coordinate arrival times and note your partner's name in the reservation notes so we can prepare a joint treatment.
The Couples: Facial is designed as a shared, uniform facial for both guests. Minor product adjustments are possible for individual skin needs, but full customization or entirely different treatments should be booked separately to ensure proper time and therapist allocation.
Avoid heavy exfoliation, waxing, aggressive retinoids, or sunburned skin 48–72 hours before your treatment. These can increase sensitivity and reduce comfort. Arrive with clean skin and avoid caffeine to enhance relaxation and maximize the benefits of the facial.
The scheduled treatment time is 60 minutes, but please allow an additional 10–15 minutes for check-in and post-treatment recommendations. If you booked as a pair, both guests should arrive together to ensure the full shared experience.

Yes. Our aestheticians will recommend tailored home-care products to maintain results, including gentle cleanser, hydrating serum, SPF, and moisturizer. We offer sample sizes and retail products onsite; ask your therapist for specific recommendations based on each guest's skin type.
