We can often accommodate upgrades like extended time, aromatherapy, or specialty oils. Custom requests require advance notice and may incur additional fees. Tell us during booking so we can plan staffing and prepare the requested enhancements.
Wear comfortable, loose clothing to arrive; disposable gowns are provided for privacy during treatments. You may undress to your comfort level; therapists drape appropriately. Remove jewelry and arrive 10–15 minutes early to relax together.
Guests with pregnancy, pacemakers, uncontrolled high blood pressure, recent surgery, or serious medical conditions should consult their physician before booking. Inform our staff of any concerns or medications so therapists can adapt techniques or offer safer alternatives.
