Pregnancy safety depends on individual health and stage. Please consult your physician before booking, especially in the first trimester. We can modify or omit the ionic foot cleanse and provide gentle alternatives like a warm marble foot soak for expectant clients.
The full experience lasts approximately two to two-and-a-half hours. It includes a 15-minute sauna preparation, a 60-minute simultaneous couples massage and facial, plus time for the ionic foot cleanse, marble soak, and your post-treatment refreshments.
Yes — you choose between celebratory mimosas or calming herbal tea when booking or on arrival. Non-alcoholic sparkling alternatives and decaffeinated teas are available; please inform us of dietary restrictions or preferences so we can accommodate them.
