Yes. Our therapists combine Swedish techniques, targeted deep tissue work, and therapeutic stretching to address chronic muscle tension safely. We'll customize pressure and focus areas during your session, and recommend follow-up treatments or home stretches to help manage pain and prevent recurrence.
Arrive hydrated, wear comfortable clothing, and arrive five to ten minutes early to complete intake forms. Share any medical history, areas of concern, or pressure preferences with your therapist so we can personalize the session for maximum benefit.
Your therapist will assess posture and tension, then combine Swedish strokes, deeper targeted pressure, and guided stretches. Therapists check comfort and adjust pressure; expect progressive tension release, improved range of motion, and deep relaxation by the session’s end.
Certain conditions—acute fever, contagious skin issues, recent fractures, uncontrolled hypertension, or deep vein thrombosis—may preclude massage. Inform us of surgeries, medications, pregnancy, or medical conditions during booking. Therapists will advise modifications or suggest clearance from a healthcare provider if needed.
Absolutely. Communicate your preferred pressure—light, medium, or deep—when booking and again at the start. Therapists continuously check in and will adjust technique and intensity to ensure effective tension relief while maintaining your comfort and safety.
Frequency depends on goals and condition severity. For general maintenance, every 3–4 weeks is common; for injury recovery or chronic tension, weekly to biweekly sessions may be recommended. Your therapist will create a personalized plan based on response and progress.
