Yes. Members receive complimentary clean towels and access to water stations, lockers, and changing areas. Basic toiletries and shower facilities are available in the member locker rooms. If you have specific requests or accessibility needs, inform reception prior to your appointment.

Avoid heavy meals, excessive alcohol, or intense exercise immediately before your sauna appointment. These can increase risk of lightheadedness or dehydration. Take medications as directed and consult your physician if you have concerns. Arrive hydrated and allow time to cool down afterward.
